A. HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

You can place your order online in four easy steps:

1. Select your cover:

Depending on how your sofa is, one cover will look best than another. Our aim is to make sure you order the right cover for your sofa. To do so, you can find on our website our measurement assistant, a practical tool with which you can send the measurements and pictures of your sofa, chaise sofa or armchair and we will be able to recommend you what cover we think would fit the best. Easy and fast!

When you are sure of the model, go on the page of the item and click on “Add to cart”. Make sure to have chosen the right color and the size you need (you can find all these information about the sizes, the composition of the fabric…in the description box).

Once it has been added up, a confirmation window will open with the chosen item and you will be able to continue with the purchase or go to the cart to finalise the order. If you select “Proceed to checkout”, you will see the summary of what you have selected and you will start with the purchase. 

2. Enter your data for the shipping:

We have speeded up the purchase step so we will just ask you the necessary data to process to your order in the most expeditious and effective manner possible.

You will not need to create any account to purchase at sofacoversjm.co.uk, but only to fill in the data that the transportation agency will need to deliver your parcel. 

Once you have filled all the information requested for the shipping, click on “Continue” and you will have the summary of the address chosen for the delivery. If the address is correct, you will only need to confirm the data. If you wish to make any comment about your order, you can do it in the Space you will see below the address.

3. Select the shipping and choose a method of payment:

Here comes the shipping.  In this section, you will find the best available options at this time.

4. Confirm the order:

B. MANUFACTURING YOUR COVER

Your order will follow different steps from the online order confirmation to the moment you receive the cover made exclusively for you. You will receive emails to be informed of the state of your order:

• Pending: first step of the order, before the payment has been verified.
• Approved: once the payment has been verified, the payment is approved and goes to the workshop to be manufactured.
• Manufacturing: our workshop is manufacturing a cover of high quality for you.
• Sent: we inform you the same day so that you know when it is being dispatched. 

How long will it take to be dispatched?

We know you want your sofa cover as soon as possible so we will do our best to quickly send it to you. Our manufacture period is approximately between two-three working days from the day it has been approved to the day we dispatch the order. This estimate may vary according on the models. 

How do we send your order?

Once the cover is made, your order will be dispatched by the transportation company GLS. The usual delivery time is between three-five working days. If you prefer to receive your order in the morning or in the afternoon, if you want them to call you first, please state this when ordering. C. YOUR COVER AT HOME

So you can enjoy your cover for a long time, you need to carefully follow the instructions. Look in the tag for the symbols and consult with this link their meanings.

You need the invoice of your order? You can easily download it from your personal account. If you prefer, you can give us a call or send us an email and you will send it to you.

Our main objective is for you to be satisfied with your purchase: from the design to your home, all our work is meant to fulfill your expectations and needs. However if you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to return it or to make an exchange and a refund will be made, expect the shipping fee.
