Shipping and delivery

We make our covers in our own workshop in Ontinyent (Valencia). The delivery time depends on whether the cover you have chosen is in stock.

Delivery time

  • If the cover is in stock: we prepare it and you receive it within 24 to 48 hours.
  • If it is not in stock: we make it in our workshop and send it to you within about ten working days.

On the day we dispatch your order we notify you by email (and by SMS if you leave us your mobile number).

Options and shipping costs

Mainland Spain and the Balearics

  • Nacex — home delivery: €5.95 (VAT included), in 24-48 h.
  • InPost — pickup point: €4.20 (VAT included), in 2 to 3 days.
  • Free shipping on orders over €100, with either option.

Portugal

  • Nacex — home delivery: €5.95 (VAT included).
  • InPost — pickup point: €4.20 (VAT included).
  • Free shipping on orders over €100, with either option.

France and Belgium

  • InPost — pickup point: €7 (VAT included). Free over €100.
  • GLS — home delivery: €9.60 (VAT included). Free over €300.

Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands

  • InPost — pickup point: €7 (VAT included). Free over €100.
  • GLS — home delivery: €9 (VAT included). Free over €300.

Austria

  • GLS — home delivery: €9.60 (VAT included). Free over €300.

Italy

  • InPost — pickup point: €8.50 (VAT included). Free over €100.
  • GLS — home delivery: €10.99 (VAT included). Free over €300.

Poland

  • InPost — Paczkomat locker: €7 (VAT included). Free over €300. The amount is converted into złoty and shown before you confirm the order.

Switzerland

  • GLS — home delivery: €36 (VAT included), customs handling included.

Rest of the European Union

  • Standard international delivery: €8.99 (VAT included).

Rest of the world

  • Standard international delivery: €12.99 (VAT included). Available for Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates and the United States.

Special periods

August

Because of the holiday period, orders placed from 1 August will be dispatched during the first half of September.

Christmas and Easter

During these periods some orders may be delayed. If there is any exceptional delay with your shipment, we will contact you to let you know.
