The purpose of the storage of these forms is for the communication between the company and the customers who have requested some information, such as an estimate, for commercial or advertising information of the services or products of our company.

When the data is obtained from the forms and not other open fields such as e-mail contacts, it will be necessary to provide, at least, the information requested in the fields marked with an asterisk. Otherwise Domainet will not be able to accept nor to fulfill the required contract.

Domainet is responsible of the files and gives a commitment not to use the data for any other purpose than the one it was intended for, nor to transfer the date in an illegitimate way to third parties. It also commits itself to treat the data as confidential and to apply the necessary technical, security and organizational measures to protect the data from unauthorised treatment or access, as per the current data protection legislation.

Domainet does not store the date obtained from the “Contact us” form, it will only respond to the request or other type of consultation and will later destroy the data. If the potential customer becomes an actual customer, it will apply the relevant clauses of data protection with respect to the file, use and purposes.

Only if you request it you will be sent information in the form of advertising bulletins, personalized offers, congratulations and general commercial communications. You will be able to amend the way you receive such information, or cancel it, at any time, in the section “My account” in this web page.

The customers will be responsible of the veracity of the data provided. JM reserves the right to exclude from its services any customer who has provided erroneous or false data, without prejudice of any other legal action.

All the information (images and other content and applications) , as well as Trademarks, service marks , trade names and corporate identity included on this website are property of  Domainet 2008, S.L. We may modify or remove any content or features at any time for any reason or no reason.

Unless Domainet 2008, S.L give its express consent, no content may be used, reproduced, transmitted, distributed or exploited in any other way. It is prohibited the Commercial use, the use of the Sites to forward mass emails or transfer of any other content to any other computer  or mobile device.
