What types of cover do we produce?

We have one and two-piece elastic covers that adapt to your sofa, armchair or recliner, chaise sofa or chair (with and without backrest). We have practical covers, elegant covers with ties and multipurpose throws. If you have a sofa bed, you will find specially designed covers. And to complete your decorative concept we have fabric available by the metre and cushions.

Do we have a physical shop?

We do not have a physical shop. We are based in Spain and sell exclusively on the Internet, allowing you to purchase your order from the comfort of your home or any other place.

How do I know which cover will best suit my sofa, armchair or chaise sofal?

Not all our covers are appropriate for all sofas. It is very important to bear in mind both the measurements and shape of your sofa in order to choose the right cover. That is why we recommend that, before making your order, you use our Measurements Assistant so that we can tell you which cover is best for you.

How do I order my cover?

Once you know which cover you need, choose the model, size and colour and register on our website (personal details and delivery address). Choose the method of payment and confirm the order. Our Guide explains the process step by step.

What are the delivery time and cost?

Once you have placed your order we check if the cover is in stock. If so, we prepare it so that you can receive it within 3-4 working days.

If we do not have your cover in stock, we proceed to manufacture it in our workshop to send it within two-three weeks.

The day your order is shipped, we will inform you via e-mail and in case you give us your mobile telephone number, we will inform you by sending an SMS text message; the transport agency will ship you the order within 2-3 days.

The orders are shipped via transport agencies agreed by Sofacovers to the delivery address that customer has specified in the order.

The shipping costs are governed by the following conditions:

- United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg and the Netherlands (Holland):

 If the total amount of the purchase is over 300€, delivery is free of charge.

Otherwise, shipping costs for this area are 8€ (VAT included).

What methods of payment can I use?

You can pay using any one of three methods of payment: bank transfer, credit card, Amazon Pay or PayPal. For information click here.

If I am not totally satisfied, can I change or return my cover?

Naturally, you have fourteen days from receipt of your order to exchange it or request a refund (except in the case of made-to-measure covers, fabric by the metre and used or damaged articles). All you have to do is send us an email and we will send you the instructions you should follow.

Are our covers washable?

All our covers are machine-washable, though you should always follow the washing instructions provided. Each product file includes washing instructions to prolong the lifespan of your cover.  Here you have a key with the meaning of each symbol.

I am a retailer. Can I sell your covers?
