The Inca stretch sofa cover provides a clean and polished look, hugging every curve and angle of your sofa thanks to its Patternfit stretch fabric. The perfect choice to withstand everyday wear and tear and change the look of your sofa.

Our cover comes with foam fixings, so forget about covers that slip and require constant adjustment.

Once you have placed your order we check if the cover is in stock. If so, we prepare it so that you can receive it within 3-4 working days.
If we do not have your cover in stock, we proceed to manufacture it in our workshop to send it within two-three weeks. ( fabric by the meter, 4-seater sofa covers, super stretch covers, wingback chair covers, chair covers, sofa protectors, duo system, click-clack sofas, chester sofas, corner sofas, poufs, IKEA sofa covers, elastic chaise longue covers, seat and back cushion covers, and recliner sofa covers. )


The day your order is shipped, we will inform you via e-mail and in case you give us your mobile telephone number, we will inform you by sending an SMS text message; the transport agency will ship you the order within 2-3 days.

The orders are shipped via transport agencies agreed by Sofacovers to the delivery address that customer has specified in the order.

The shipping costs are governed by the following conditions:

Spain & Portugal

Shipping is free for orders over €100.
Otherwise, shipping costs are €5.95 (VAT included).

Balearic Islands

Shipping is free for orders over €120.
Otherwise, shipping costs are €12.70 (VAT included).

France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands (Holland)

Delivery is free if your order exceeds €300. Otherwise, delivery charges will be €9.50 (taxes not included).

PICK-UP POINT: this option is specially designed for those whose schedule is not compatible with home delivery or who will not be available at home at all times. The recipient must collect the parcel from a partner Pick-up Point store selected and indicated in advance. Delivery time is between 5 and 8 business days.

You must choose one of these two delivery methods when placing your order. If you have any doubts about which option to choose, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to guide you.

  • Almost all of our covers are made to order; if your cover is in stock, you will receive it within the indicated shipping timeframe.
  • For any change to the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible, because once the parcel has been shipped, it is no longer possible to modify the information.

United Kingdom.

If the total amount of the purchase is over 300€, delivery is free of charge.

Otherwise, shipping costs for this area are 29,75€ (taxes not included).

Due to the holiday period, orders placed from August 1st will be shipped during the first half of September.

Christmas / Easter

During the Christmas/Easter period, some orders may experience delays.

Can I make a change or a return? What time do I have to do it?

The main goal in www.sofacoversjm.co.uk is your total satisfaction. Nevertheless, if you want to make a change or a return you have fourteen calendar days from receiving the package to do so. Please send an email to contacto@fundasdesofa.com with your order number and we will reply with the procedure to follow. If it is a change, we would need to know the item you want to change it for (if you have any doubt about which cover to choose, do not hesitate to consult us).

What should I do with the cover to change or return?

We need to receive the product in good conditions. For that: - Leave the product in its original packaging, i.e. inside the bag with the original folding carton, photolithography, etc. - Pack it with come resistant plastic of paper for transport. If it is more than a product, you must pack them so that they form a single package. - Within the package you should stick a label with information of the return address (you) and the recipient (us), which will be sent in the answer to your email. Changes and returns will only be accepted if the products are new, completes and in its original packaging. Incomplete, damaged or used items will not be accepted nor will have right to refund. In that case, you could retrieve the article wrongly returned with your following order or taking charge of the shipping costs. Note that the product should be put up for sale again. If a new presentation was required, you should take charge of the cost occasioned.

Do I have to pay something?

In both cases, changes and returns, the cost of transportation must be borne by you. You have to return the package by your own means, through the post office or the transportation agency that you prefer. Please place the package in any post office or shipping company of your choice and send it to the address above.

When and how will I get the refund?

Once we have received the package and checked the goods, you will be refunded with the appropiate amount (excluding shipping costs) within a maximum of ten days. If the order was paid by bank transfer, you must provide an account number for the refund. If the order was paid by bank card or PayPal, we will refund the amount on the same account where the charge was made. In the case of changes, if it was not possible to replace a product (out of stock, etc.) we will refund the money.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

In the unlikely event that you receive a product with any fault or defect, we would make a change for the same product in perfect condition. Our courier will collect the defective product and will deliver the new one with no cost for you. Please note that all our covers have been reviewed; if when you are trying to put your cover on you realize that it is too small, please do not force it, because we will not accept changes or returns of broken covers that have been forced.

Remember!

you can change or return a product when:

  • Is on time (14 calendar days from receiving your order).
  • The cover and packaging are in good conditions (unused and complete).
  • Is not a tailor-made cover or fabric per metre (no changes or refunds allowed).
